摘要
为降低建筑施工的人力成本和安全风险,保证施工顺利进行,文章提出将智能建筑机器人与施工现场结合,为所选建筑项目设计钢结构焊接机器人、砌墙机器人,将这些智能建筑机器人应用至建筑工程的施工现场,通过机器人的焊接施工、砌墙施工,深度结合智能建筑机器人与施工现场,同时详细探讨了不同机器人与施工现场相结合的应用效果。经现场试验区域测试可知:智能建筑机器人可以有效提升钢结构焊接质量,保证墙面砌筑的平整度与稳定性。
In order to reduce the labor cost and safety risk of building construction and ensure the smooth progress of construction,this paper proposes to combine the intelligent building robot with the construction site,design the steel structure welding robot and the wall-laying robot for the selected building project,and apply these intelligent building robots to the construction site of the building engineering.Through the welding construction and walllaying construction of the robot,the intelligent building robot and the construction site are deeply combined,and the application effect of the combination of different robots and the construction site is discussed in detail.According to on-site testing in the test area,it can be concluded that the intelligent building robot can effectively improve the welding quality of steel structure and ensure the flatness and stability of wall masonry.
