摘要
BIM技术是基于信息化平台、在建筑工程行业中辅助进行工程管理的一种新兴技术形式,其具有直观性、效率性的显著特征。文章结合工程项目各阶段的管理需求,对BIM技术在安全管理中的应用展开研究,提出BIM技术在工程前期阶段、工程施工阶段有关安全管理的具体应用场景。研究证实,BIM技术的合理应用能降低高层建筑施工风险、完善现场生产管理工作。研究内容可为完善高层建筑安全管理提供参考,有助于行业发展与技术普及。
BIM technology is an emerging technology form based on information plaform,which assists in engineering management in the construction engineering industry.It has significant characteristics of intuitiveness and efficiency.Based on the management requirements of each stage of the engineering project,this paper studies the application of BIM technology in safety management,and puts forward specific application scenarios of BIM technology in safety management in the early stage and construction stage of the engineering.The research proves that the rational application of BIM technology can reduce the construction risk of high-rise buildings and improve the on-site production management.The research content can provide reference for improving the safety management of high-rise buildings and contribute to the development of the industry and the popularization of technology.
