摘要
云南省镇雄县乡镇供水厂的建设受用地条件的制约,水处理构筑物采用叠合集成化设计。给水处理构筑物采用矩形池型,孔室旋流絮凝池、斜管沉淀池、无阀滤池合建,下部叠合清水池。排泥水处理构筑物采用矩形池型,排泥池、排水池合建为综合排泥水池,上部叠合污泥干化场。文章主要介绍了叠合集成化设计形式、各处理构筑物的主要工艺设计参数及工艺流程等内容,提出了乡镇给水处理构筑物叠合集成化设计方案,为乡镇供水建设提供借鉴和经验。
The construction of township water supply plant in Zhenxiong County of Yunnan Province is restricted by the land conditions,and the water treatment structure adopts a superimposed integrated design.The water supply treatment structure adopts a rectangular tank type and joint construction of perforation vortex flocculation pool,inclined pipe settling tank,and valveless filter,and the lower part is superimposed with a clear-water reservoir.The sludge water discharge treatment structure adopts a rectangular tank type.The sludge discharge tank and the water discharge tank are jointly built to form a comprehensive sludge water discharge tank,and the upper part is superimposed with sludge drying field.This paper mainly introduces the superimposed integrated design form,the main process design parameters and process flow of each treatment structure,and puts forward the superimposed integrated design scheme of township water supply treatment structure,which provides reference and experience for township water supply construction.
