除螨洗衣液中的除螨剂R301含量的测定——高效液相色谱法

Determination of the Content of Mite-Removing Agent R301 in the Mite-Removing Laundry Detergent--HPLC

通过对除螨剂R301的紫外吸收光谱进行分析,采取合适检测波长,选择适当的流动相,对待测除螨洗衣液进行分离,测定除螨洗衣液中除螨剂R301含量。通过测定重复性、精密度、回收率,最终建立并验证了高效液相色谱法测定除螨洗衣液中除螨剂R301含量的方法。实验结果表明,标准溶液在2.097~209.7μg/mL时呈线性相关,回收率为99.1%~100.5%,证明该方法准确性高、可靠性强、适用性广。

By analyzing the ultraviolet absorption spectrum of mite-removing agent R301,adopting a suitable detection wavelength,selecting an appropriate mobile phase,separating the mite-removing Laundry detergent to be tested,and determining the miteremoving Laundry detergent the content of mite-removing agent R301.Through the determination of repeatability,precision and recovery rate,the method of determining the content of mite-removing agent R301 in mite-removing laundry liquid by high performance liquid chromatography was finally established and verified.The experimental results show that the standard solution has a linear correlation between 2.097 and 209.7μg·mL−1,with a recovery rate of 99.1% to 100.5%.It is proved that this method has high accuracy,strong reliability and wide applicability.
