The production of low-quality oil in 2022 is approximately 5.637 million tons,and returning to the dining table poses great harm to people's health and the environment.In fact,the main component of inferior fats is still triglycerides,which is a valuable oil resource.By improving its resource utilization and market value,it can not only effectively prevent its illegal flow into the dining table,but also create huge economic value for society.This article elaborates on the concept,current situation,and resource utilization of inferior oils and fats.The concept,production status,market scale,and industrial advantages of using inferior oils as raw materials of biodiesel,fatty acids,and oil-based surfactants were emphasized.
