大跨度桁架整体多机抬吊施工技术及受力分析

摘要 结合某综合保税区主卡口钢桁架结构的吊装实践,通过有限元软件计算进行受力分析和施工校核确保结构安全、稳定,通过分析确定吊点位置及数量,保障结构在起吊过程中的结构强度。验证了大跨度钢桁架整体多机抬吊的施工技术的可行性,可为同类工程提供有效借鉴。 Combined with the hoisting practice of steel truss structure at the main entrance and exit of a comprehensive bonded area the stress analysis and construction check are carried out by finite element calculation to ensure the safety and stability of the structure and the position and number of hoisting points are determined by analysis to ensure the structural strength of the structure during hoisting.The feasibility of multi-machine lifting construction technology for long-span steel truss is verifie which can provide effective reference for similar projects.
