基于BIM技术的“一户一档”数字化研究

DIGITALIZATION OF ONE HOUSEHOLD,ONE FILE BASED ON BIM TECHNOLOGY

随着建筑业数字化、信息化的飞速发展,“一户一档”数字化技术日趋走向成熟,以北京市丰台区中直机关园博园职工住宅(保障房)工程二期二区项目为研究对象,在项目中充分应用BIM三维可视化技术构建“一户一档”数字化模型,并将BIM模型与轻量化平台紧密结合,形成一份可供建设单位及物业运维单位使用的数字化产品手册,为同类型项目数字化提供理论及数据参考。

With the rapid development of digitization and informatization in the construction industry,the digital technology of one household,one file is becoming more and more mature.This paper takes the residential project of Park Park in Fengtai District of Beijing as the object of study,and fully applies the BIM three-dimensional visualization technology to construct the digital model of one household,one file in the project,and closely integrates the BIM model with the lightweight platform to form a digital product manual that can be used by the construction unit and property operation and maintenance unit,which can provide the theoretical and data references for digitization of the same type of projects.
