摘要
“双减”政策的推进赋予课后服务新内涵,建构生态化课后服务课程成为完善高质量学校课程体系的内在要求。但当前课后服务课程显现出课程目标定位模糊、课程编排整体性不够、课程反馈动态性不畅等问题。学校建构生态化课后服务课程应在课程目标上坚持五育融合观、明晰课后服务课程育人功效、融合校内外资源设计课程内容、创建课后服务课程统整模式、强化全过程监督机制、立足课后服务课程多维评价等,从目的性、整体性和动态性三方面把握,系统打造课后服务课程新生态,促进课后服务生态系统良性循环。
The promotion of the“double-reduction”policy has given new connotation to after-school service,and the construction of ecological after-school service courses has become an intrinsic requirement for the im⁃provement of high-quality school curriculum system.However,the current after-school service courses show the problems of vague positioning of after-school service courses,insufficient holistic arrangement of courses,and poor feedback dynamics of courses.Schools constructing ecological after-school service courses should adhere to the five-education fusion view on the course objectives,clarify the nurturing effect of after-school service courses,integrate internal and external resources to design the course content,create a unified mode of after-school service courses,strengthen the whole process of supervision and evaluation of courses,and base on the multi-dimensional evaluation of after-school service courses.The new ecology of after-school service programs will be built systematically from the perspective of purpose,wholeness and dynamics,so as to jointly promote the virtuous cycle of the after-school service ecosystem.
