Study on the Value,Dilemma and Practical Path of Digital Economy Enabling High-Quality Agricultural Development

高质量发展已经成为农业现代化发展的主题,农业高质量发展离不开数字赋能。从数字经济赋能农业高质量发展的价值、困境和实践路径3个方面展开研究。研究发现,数字经济赋能农业高质量发展具有通过协同共享效应激发农户内生动力、打破时空界限,优化农村人力资本结构、促进农村产业融合共生的价值;存在数字农业人力资源短缺、数字化转型的资金投入和技术支撑不足、农业经营分散现象普遍的困境;实践路径为打造专业化数字农业人才队伍、加大资金投入,促进科研创新、完善顶层设计,制定产品标准。

High-quality development has become the theme of agricultural modernization development,and high-quality agricultural development cannot be separated from digital empowerment.This paper studies the value,dilemma and practical path of digital economy enabling high-quality agricultural development.It is found that digital economy enables high-quality agricultural development with the value of stimulating the endogenous power of farmers through collaborative sharing effect,breaking the boundaries of time and space,optimizing the structure of rural human capital,and promoting the integration and symbiosis of rural industries.There are difficulties such as shortage of human resources in digital agriculture,insufficient capital investment and technical support for digital transformation,and widespread dispersion of agricultural operation.The practice path is to build a professional digital agriculture talent team,strengthen capital investment,promote scientific research and innovation,improve the top-level design,and formulate product standards.
