乡村振兴背景下舒城县农村社会救助问题研究

Research on Rural Social Assistance in Shucheng County Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

当前,在全面建成小康社会和完成脱贫攻坚任务的后期,农村社会救助面临着解决相对贫困问题长效机制的目标和任务,这就需要完善多层次的社会救助体系以巩固脱贫攻坚成果、全面实施乡村振兴战略。鉴于此,以六安市舒城县为例,在回顾有关学者在农村社会救助方面研究成果的基础上,通过实地调研和数据总结,剖析六安市舒城县农村社会救助的现状、成效以及挑战,进而在资金保障、网络安全、队伍建设、组织参与等多个方面提出了优化建议。

At present,in the later stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way and completing the task of poverty alleviation,rural social assistance is faced with the goal and task of a long-term mechanism to solve the problem of relative poverty,which requires the improvement of a multi-level social assistance system to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,fully implement the rural revitalization strategy.In view of this,this paper is based on Shucheng County,Lu’an City,on the basis of reviewing the research results of relevant scholars on rural social assistance,through field research and data summary,carefully analyzes the current situation,effectiveness and challenges of rural social assistance in Shucheng County,Lu’an City,and then put forward optimization suggestions in the aspects of financial security,network security,team building,organizational participation and so on.
