摘要
使用数值模拟方法研究了超临界LNG在波形通道印刷电路板式换热器中的流动传热特性,针对不同质量流量和不同进口温度进行了模拟。结果显示,在质量流量在0.72 kg/h至1.44 kg/h范围内增加时,流体的质量流量增加对流动传热性能有积极的影响。此外,在进口温度在120~140K范围内增加时,进口温度对印刷电路板式LNG气化器的热力性能有积极的影响,对水力性能的影响较小。因此,适当提高流体的质量流量和进口温度有助于提高波形通道印刷电路板式换热器的热工水力性能。
The numerical simulation method was used to study the flow and heat transfer characteristics of supercritical LNG with different mass flow and different inlet temperatures in the wave channel printed circuit heat exchanger.It was found that the increase of fluid mass flow had a positive effect on the flow heat transfer performance in the range of 0.72~1.44 kg·s-1.In the range of 120 K to 140 K for the inlet temperature,it was observed that increasing the inlet temperature had a positive impact on the thermal performance of the printed circuit LNG gasifier.However,it had a slight negative effect on its hydraulic performance.Therefore,it was beneficial to appropriately increase the mass flow rate of the fluid and the LNG inlet temperature to enhance the thermal-hydraulic performance of the printed circuit heat exchanger with wave channels.
