摘要 断续式模拟移动床(ISMB)是在传统模拟移动床(SMB)的基础上将切换时间分为了若干段,这样就能有效将模拟移动床的4个区块物尽其用,降低溶剂消耗和提高产率。选择了3种不同性质的药物作为基础体系,并以多种双目标组合进行约束和限制。以多目标优化得出的帕累托解集为基础,对比和分析不同机制的模拟移动床之间、不同性质的药物体系之间是否存在对分离表现的影响。 Intermittent simulated moving bed(ISMB)divides the switching time into several segments on the basis of traditional simulated moving bed(SMB),which can effectively make full use of the four blocks of the simulated moving bed,reduce the solvent consumption and improve the yield.In this paper,three drugs with different properties as the basic system were chosen,and a variety of bi-objective combinations were used to constrain and limit.Based on the Pareto solution set obtained by multi-objective optimization,whether the separation performance was affected by the existence of simulated moving beds with different mechanisms and drug systems with different properties were compared and analyzed.
