基于中医传承辅助平台及中药分子机制的生物信息学分析工具的刘爱民教授治疗湿疹用药规律及网络药理分析

Medication law and network pharmacological analyses of treating eczema by Professor LIU Aimin based on TCMISS and BATMAN-TCM

目的:探讨刘爱民教授治疗湿疹用药规律及网络药理分析。方法:选取2019年1月1日―2021年5月1日门诊310个处方,采用中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS)和中药分子机制的生物信息学分析工具(BATMAN-TCM),进行频数分析、关联规则分析、复杂系统熵聚类分析,获得药物频数、组方规律、核心组合、新方等。结果:挖掘出刘爱民教授治疗湿疹核心药物组合湿疹4味,即赤小豆、黄柏、白鲜皮、防风;靶蛋白为白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-5、IL1B、组胺受体H1(HistamineRecepterH1,HRH1)、组织蛋白酶G(Polyclonal Antibody to Cathepsin G,CTSG)、中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(Elastase,Neutrophil Expressed,ELANE)。结论:TCMISS、BATMAN-TCM软件可以用于名老中医经验分析,为临床用药和新药开发提供依据。

Objective:To obtain the medication law and network pharmacological analysis of Professor LIU Aimin in treating eczema.Methods:A total of 310 outpatient prescriptions were selected from January 1,2019 to May 1,2021.TCMISS and BATMAN-TCM were used for frequency analysis,association law analysis,complex system entropy clustering analysis to gain drug frequency,prescription combination rule,core combination,new prescription and so on.Results:Four kinds of medicinals in the prescription from Professor LIU Aimin on eczema were excavated,including Chixiaodou(Semen Phaseoli),Huangbai(Cortex Phellodendri Chinsis),Baixianpi(Cortex Dictamni),Fangfeng(Radix Saposhnikoviae).Target proteins included IL-5,IL1B,HRH1,CTSG,ELANE.Conclusion:TCMISS and BATMAN-TCM can be used to analyze the experience of famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioners,and provide the basis for clinical medication and new drug development.
