摘要
介绍了汽车门外板隐藏式门拉手的造型特点及成形工艺,对其变形原因进行了研究分析,针对变形原因制订了两个工艺优化方案并分别进行了CAE模拟分析和成形效果对比,给出了一种有效优化车门外板隐藏式门拉手变形的工艺对策。
This article briefly introduces the design characteristics and forming process of the hidden door handle position on the door skin of automobile,studies and analyzes its deformation reasons,develops two process optimization plans for the deformation reasons,and conducts CAE simulation analysis and forming effect comparison,providing an effective optimization process strategy for the deformation of the hidden door handle position on the door skin of antomobile.
