摘要
大型汽车顶盖外板由于自身重量引起的刚性变形,使得调试过程中研配着色率较差,为了实现短周期高效调试,首先对零件进行回弹分析,通过天窗增加余肉凸包等工艺改进措施,优化了工艺模面,考虑了压机工作台弹性变形补偿,得到了重构后的A级模面数据。采用强压、让空、特殊处理等模面精细化设计工艺,并充分保证模具研配基准以及后工序零件符型匹配度,利用ATOS光学扫描的虚拟合模技术,获得了上下模型面的间隙分布,通过将后期的调试反复工作在设计前期进行精细化处理,满足了±0.3mm的尺寸精度要求。
Due to the rigid deformation caused by the weight of the outer plate of the large-size car top cover,the color ratio is poor in the debugging process.In this paper,in order to realize the highefficiency debugging in short period,the spring back analysis of the parts is firstly carried out,and the process die surface is optimized through the process improvement measures such as adding spare flesh convex hull to the skylight.The elastic deformation compensation of the press table is considered,and the reconstructed A-level die surface data is obtained.Secondly,it adopts the fine design process of die surface such as forced pressure,empty space and special treatment,and fully considers the die matching basis and the character processing of the parts in the post-process.The virtual mold closing technology of ATOS optical scanning is used to obtain the clearance distribution of the upper and lower model surfaces.By refining the later debugging work repeatedly in the early stage of design,meet the dimensional accuracy requirements of ±0.3mm.
