This paper introduce rain classroom,blended learning mode,and new educational learning methods.The discussion is carried out through the reform of the rain based classroom teaching method in the "Maintenance Electrician" smart classroom,based on the pre class preparation stage of the "Maintenance Electrician",the advantages of blended learning in the rain class,and the evaluation and analysis after the rain class.Finally,the practical application of rain classroom in the smart classroom of "Maintenance Electrician" is discussed.
