This paper aims to explore the optimization of mold manufacturing processes using digital technology with the goal of improving traditional mold manufacturing methods,enhancing production efficiency,reducing costs,and promoting sustainability.The application of digital technology in mold manufacturing,especially in digital modeling and design,digital manufacturing processes,and digital simulation and emulation,effectively addresses the limitations of traditional methods.The paper also analyzes the challenges and issues within mold manufacturing processes and,through the examination of these challenges,discusses methods for optimizing mold manufacturing processes using digital technology.
