根据公司劳动定额项目组工作安排和业务要求,计划对设备维修制造基础工时定额标准进行研究。螺栓装配基础工时定额研究是一个复杂的过程,要考虑多个因素,包括螺栓的类别、规格、强度、长度、材质、工具、工人技能水平以及工作效率和劳动强度等。目前设备维修制造劳动定额标准还没有细化到螺栓装配基础作业时间。因此,有必要对螺栓装配基础工时定额标准展开研究。
