摘要
对青钢3#高炉低品质炉料条件下实现低燃料消耗生产进行了总结。通过控制入炉粉末、优化高炉上下部调剂、控制合理的温度场分布、控制炉渣成分和炉温、优化炉前操作等措施,在使用低品质炉料条件下,实现了炉况长期稳定顺行,达到降本增效的目的。
This paper summarizes the low fuel consumption production of 3#blast furnace of Qingsteel under the condition of low quality charge.By controlling the powder in the furnace,optimizing the mixing of the upper and lower parts of the blast furnace,controlling the reasonable temperature field distribution,controlling the slag composition and the furnace temperature,optimizing the operation in front of the furnace and so on,the long-term stable running of the furnace is realized under the condition of using low quality charge,and the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency increase is achieved.
