韶钢7#高炉提高主铁沟通铁量的生产实践

摘要 提高高炉主铁沟通铁量,有利于减少铁沟放残铁次数,降低劳动强度和对铁包的影响,同时减少铁口切换的频次有利于高炉生产稳定。韶钢7#高炉主铁沟通铁量偏低,其中2019—2020年高炉主铁沟的平均通铁量只有10万t。通过调研发现影响韶钢7#高炉主铁沟通铁量的原因主要有铁沟钢壳变形、主铁沟浇筑施工过程无标准、烘烤及休复风炉前作业方法不规范等。针对上述影响因素分别实施了改进措施,在2021年高炉主铁沟平均通铁量达到13万t,主铁沟通铁量提升达到30%。 Increasing the iron content of blast furnace main iron is conducive to reducing the number of iron discharge in iron gully,reducing labor intensity and the influence on iron ladle,and reducing the frequency of iron gate switching is conducive to the stability of blast furnace production.The main iron flow of 7#blast furnace in Shaosteel is low,of which the average iron flow of the main iron ditch of the blast furnace in 2019—2020 is only 100,000 t.It is found that the main steel shell deformation of the main iron channel,the construction process of the main iron channel pouring and the operation method before the baking and reconditioning furnace are the main factors affecting the quantity of main iron channel through investigation.Improvement measures are implemented to address the above influencing factors.In 2021,the average iron flow in the main iron channel of the blast furnace will reach 130,000 tons,and the iron flow in the main iron communication will increase by 30%.
