摘要
采用盐酸对铼浸出渣浸出,考察了盐酸浓度、反应温度、搅拌强度、反应时间等因素对Bi浸出率的影响,得到了最有利条件下Bi浸出率,在最有利条件下,Bi的浸出率可以达到95%以上,最大限度实现了Bi的回收,效益明显。
The effects of hydrochloric acid concentration,reaction temperature,stirring intensity,reaction time and other factors on the leaching rate of Bi were investigated through the leaching of rhenium leaching residue with hydrochloric acid.The leaching rate of Bi under the most favorable conditions was obtained.Under the most favorable conditions,the leaching rate of Bi could reach more than 95%,and the recovery of Bi was realized to the maximum extent,with obvious benefits.
