摘要
对有色行业产出的含砷中和渣中Cu、Zn、Co等有价元素回收进行试验研究,采用两段逆流浸出和一段浸出液铜萃取工艺,在最佳工艺条件下,可实现98.25%Cu浸出率和99.96%Cu萃取率。反萃硫酸铜液经电解产出符合GB/T 467-2010阴极铜1#标准铜。
The recovery of valuable elements such as Cu,Zn and Co from arsenic neutralizing slag produced by non-ferrous industry was studied.Under the optimal process conditions,the leaching rate of Cu was 98.25%,the extraction rate of Cu was 99.96%.The reverse copper sulfate solution was electrolyzed to produce copper conforming to GB/T 467-2010 cathode copper 1#standard.
