摘要
某企业根据生产运行情况采用高质量的阳极进行开槽工业试验,试验实施后电解槽运行向好,阳极运行过程中保持了形状稳定,残极形状规则,炭渣量降低2 kg/t·Al;主要经济技术指标改善,电解槽平均电压降低7 mV,电流效率提升0.11%,直流电耗降低40 kWh/t·Al。
According to the operation conditions of a certain enterprise,high-quality anodes were used for slotting industrial test.After the test,the electrolytic cell ran well.During the operation of the anode,the shape was stable,the shape of the residue was regular,and the amount of carbon slag was reduced by 2 kg/t·Al.The main economic and technical indicators are improved,the average voltage of the electrolytic cell is reduced by 7 mV,the current efficiency is increased by 0.11%,and the DC power consumption is reduced by 40 kWh/t·Al.
