摘要
在锌冶炼废水处理过程中,重金属锌的稳定达标对促进整个外排水稳定达标排放非常重要。西北铅锌冶炼厂水处理车间净化工序主要采用两段石灰乳中和、加酸回调pH值来确保废水处理后达标排放。然而在实际操作过程中发现,很难将Zn稳定控制在1.5 mg/L内。根据多年生产实践,从操作角度出发,分析说明确保锌冶炼废水处理过程中Zn稳定达标排放的影响因素及有效途径。
In the process of zinc smelting wastewater treatment,the stable standard of heavy metal zinc is very important to promote the stable standard discharge of the whole external drainage.The purification process of the water treatment workshop of the Northwest Lead and Zinc Smelter mainly uses two stages of lime milk neutralization,adding acid to adjust pH value to ensure that the wastewater is discharged up to the standard after treatment.However,in the actual operation process,it is found that it is difficult to stabilize Zn within 1.5 mg/L.Based on years of production practice and from the perspective of operators,this paper analyzes and explains the influential factors and effective ways to ensure the stable discharge of Zn in the zinc smelting wastewater treatment process.
