摘要
产学研合作技术创新体系发展在科教兴国战略推动中发挥着关键作用,近年来,各色形式的高校产学研合作开展可谓如火如荼,大学科技成果转化成为社会产业技术发展的重要推动力之一。为进一步做好产学研合作工作成果定量化可视化,延续产学研融合创新蓬勃发展态势,导入关键绩效指标机制或许是一个值得探讨的方案。美国和日本作为全球GDP排行三甲中的两大经济体,科技产业实力强劲毋庸置疑,其强大产业技术创新生态的背后,来自大学科研成果转化的协同作用不可小觑。本文选取这两个国家的高校在产学研合作工作中导入关键绩效指标的案例进行介绍分析,抽取可参考信息并结合我国高校情形发展现状,提出了在加强产学研合作管理方面引入KPI机制的重要性及相关实施构想。
Innovation development through Industry-University-Research cooperation plays an important role in our nationwide advancement of science and education.In recent years,a growing number of colleges and universities implement Industry-University-Research cooperation activities in various ways,thanks to which,industrial technology development is generally accelerated under such remarkable trend of technology transfer.In order to establish a good way for quantifying and assessing the result and achievement of these Industry-University-Research cooperation,the introduction of Key Performance Index system is proposed as a feasible solution.As we know,U.S.A and Japan,as two major economic entities among world GDP ranking top3,possess overwhelmingly advanced industry of science and technology.When it comes to their well-developed industrial innovation ecosystem,the proactive influence from Industry-University-Research is significantly important.Case study on the Key Performance Index system introduced into Industry-University-Research of these two countries are covered in this article,along with some analysis and proposal discussing a future realization of this system on our own land.
