摘要
总结介绍毛德西教授从虚、郁辨证治疗肥胖症的临床经验。毛德西教授认为,肥胖症属本虚标实之症,以虚为本,以郁为标,虚主以脾肾亏虚,郁主以邪热、痰湿、瘀血等邪实郁滞之象。肥胖症可辨证分为脾虚湿盛、胃热湿郁、湿热内蕴、气滞血瘀、痰瘀互结五种证型,辨证运用参苓白术散、清胃散合平胃散、黄连温胆汤、柴胡疏肝散、导痰汤合桃红四物汤等为主方加减治疗,同时身心同治,注重精神的调摄,可获得良效。
This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor MAO Dexi in syndrome differentiation and treatment of obesity from deficiency and stagnation.Professor MAO believes that obesity is a symptom with deficiency at root and excess at branch;as the root of the obesity,deficiency manifested itself in the spleen-kidney depletion,and depression,as the branch,has manifestations of pathogenic heat,phlegm-damp,static blood,and other symptoms of pathogen excess,depression,and stagnation.There are five syndrome types of obesity,including the spleen deficiency and exuberant dampness,the stomach heat and damp-constraint,internal accumulation of damp-heat,qi stagnation and blood stasis,and binding of phlegm and stasis.As for treatment,Shenling Baizhu Powder,Qingwei Powder and Pingwei Powder,Huanglian Wendan Decoction,Chaihu Shugan Powder,and Daotan Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction can be used as the main prescriptions and modified based on syndrome differentiation;with treatment measures for both body and mind and the emphasis on spiritual regulation,good curative effects can be achieved.
