共同富裕的实质是人民群众物质生活和精神生活都富裕。一个14亿人口的超巨型社会实现共同富裕,是中国共产党领导全体人民正在完成的一个前无古人的伟大创举。在新发展阶段,国家推动的城乡融合发展是驱动超巨型社会共同富裕的主导牵引动力。城乡“有机共同体”建设是城乡融合发展的驱动目标,要素自由流动是城乡融合发展的驱动资源,数字乡村建设是城乡融合发展的驱动引擎,县域乡村振兴是城乡融合发展的驱动空间。城乡融合发展是实现共同富裕的必要条件,为实现共同富裕打下坚实的物质基础。但是,城乡融合发展关注的重点在于城乡居民的物质生活共同富裕,无法自然实现城乡居民的精神生活共同富裕。城乡居民的精神生活共同富裕重在对自我发展权益的表达和体验,城乡居民的发展权益融合是驱动超巨型社会共同富裕的最大内生发展动力。城乡居民的经济权益、社会权益、政治权益和消费权益等的融合发展,将全面激活城乡居民的内生发展动力,成为驱动超巨型社会共同富裕的内生加速动力。这样,权益融合发展构成了实现共同富裕的充分条件,标志着驱动超巨型社会共同富裕的发展动力之转型,为实现人民群众物质生活和精神生活都富裕创造更加有利的基础条件。

The essence of common prosperity is that the people are rich in both material and spiritual life. The realization of common prosperity in a super-giant society with a population of 1.4 billion people is a great and unprecedented feat to be accomplished by the CPC under the leadership of the entire people. In the new stage of development,state-promoted urban-rural integrated development is the dominant traction engine driving the common prosperity of super-giant societies. Among them, the construction of an “organic community” of urban and rural areas is the driving goal of urban-rural integration, the free flow of factors is the driving resource of urban-rural integration, the construction of digital villages is the driving engine of urban-rural integration,and the revitalization of rural areas in counties is the driving space of urban-rural integration. The integrated development of urban and rural areas constitutes a necessary condition for the realization of common prosperity and lays a solid material foundation for the realization of common prosperity. However,the focus of urban-rural integrated development is on the material prosperity life of urban and rural residents, and the spiritual prosperity life of urban and rural residents cannot be achieved naturally. The common prosperity of the spiritual life of urban and rural residents lies in the expression and experience of the rights and interests to selfdevelopment,and the integration of the rights and interests to the development of urban and rural residents is the greatest endogenous driving force for the realization of common prosperity. Economic,social,political and consumer rights and interests of urban and rural residents will comprehensively activate the internal dynamics of development of urban and rural residents. It has become an endogenous accelerating force driving the common prosperity of super-giant societies. In this way,the development of the rights and interests integration constitutes a sufficient condition for the realization of common prosperity, marking a transformation of the development dynamics driving the common prosperity of super-giant societies,and creating a more favorable basis for the realization of both the material and spiritual prosperity of the people.
