我国学会期刊国际化发展路径探析

Suggestions for international development of Chinese society journals

【目的】分析我国学会期刊国际化建设存在的问题,对照国际知名学会期刊建设经验,尝试提出我国学会期刊国际化建设路径建议。【方法】广泛开展文献和网络调研、专家学者访谈形成基本思路观点,全面收集整理我国学会期刊数据,对照国际知名学会期刊最新数据,分析印证观点结论。【结果】我国学会期刊存在英文期刊数量少、国际影响力有限和新刊创办进展缓慢等制约国际化发展的结构性问题,同时,学会期刊的集群化建设、经营能力和国际参与度亟待加强。【结论】我国学会要着力创办高水平英文期刊,整合学科期刊资源,提升学会期刊市场运营能力,积极参与国际科技出版治理,加快学会期刊的国际化建设步伐。

[Purposes]By analyzing the problems of international development of Chinese society journals and comparing them with the construction experience of internationally renowned society journals,this paper tries to put forward suggestions for the international construction of Chinese society journals.[Methods]Extensive investigation and interviews with experts were carried out to form basic ideas.Data from Chinese society journals were comprehensively collected and sorted out,and opinions and conclusions were analyzed and verified by comparing them with the latest data from internationally renowned society journals.[Findings]There are several structural problems limiting the international development of Chinese society journals,including a small number of English journals,limited international influence,and slow progress in launching new journals.At the same time,it is urgent to strengthen the clustering,business capacity,and international participation of society journals.[Conclusions]Chinese societies should focus on establishing high-level English journals,integrating the resources of discipline journals,improving the market operation ability of the society journals,and actively participating in the management of international science and technology publishing,so as to accelerate the international development of society journals.
