科技期刊栏目策划的导向引领作用分析与思考——以《中国护理管理》近十年“特别策划”栏目为例

Analysis and reflection on the guiding role of column planning in scientific journals:A case study of the Specially Planned column of Chinese Nursing Management in the last decade

【目的】对近十年《中国护理管理》“特别策划”栏目的主题和文章特征进行分析并提出建议,以期为科技期刊坚持正确办刊导向和促进专业领域高质量发展提供参考。【方法】检索2012年6月至2022年5月发表在《中国护理管理》“特别策划”栏目上的所有文章,统计截至2022年9月30日每篇文章在中国知网的引用情况。分析其主题设定与国家护理事业发展要求的贴合度。【结果】十年间该栏目共出版120期,其中有94期由行业专家担任顾问参与稿件组织,主题内容涵盖国家近年颁布的与护理事业发展相关的政策要求。该栏目共发表634篇文章,其中70.5%的第一作者为临床护理管理者,国家、省部级和院校级基金项目支持的文章占比从不到10%上升至半数以上(50.8%)。【结论】科技期刊应坚持正确办刊方向,紧密围绕行业最新发展动态策划选题,发挥导向与引领作用,以进一步提升办刊质量。

[Purposes]This paper aims to analyze the themes and article characteristics of the Specially Planned column of the Chinese Nursing Management in the last decade and provide suggestions,so as to provide a reference for adhering to the correct orientation of publication and promoting high-quality development in the professional field of scientific journals.[Methods]All articles published in the Specially Planned column of the Chinese Nursing Management from June 2012 to May 2022 were retrieved,and the citations of each article on CNKI as of September 30,2022 were calculated.The fit between its theme setting and the development requirements of the national nursing profession was analyzed.[Findings]There are 120 Specially Planned columns in the last decade,and 94 of them are organized by experts in this field as consultants,covering various aspects of national policies related to nursing development in recent years.A total of 634 articles are published in this column,of which 70.5%of the first authors are clinical nursing managers.The proportion of articles supported by national,provincial,and college-level fund projects increases from less than 10%to more than half(50.8%).[Conclusions]Scientific journals should adhere to the correct orientation of publication,closely focus on the latest development trends of the profession to plan the subjects,and play a guiding and leading role,so as to further improve the quality of publication.
