3D打印多孔钛合金支架的研究进展

摘要 医用钛合金凭借良好的生物相容性,优秀的机械强度和耐腐蚀性成为骨科修复领域应用最广泛的植入材料之一[1-2]。然而传统致密钛合金植入物的弹性模量远高于人体骨组织,由此产生的应力屏蔽效应使周围骨质长期处于较低的应力水平而逐渐被吸收,最终引发植入物无菌性松动[3]。研究表明,通过3D打印制备多孔支架是消除这种弹性模量不匹配的有效方法[4]。多孔支架能促进骨长入和骨整合,使骨和多孔结构之间形成机械连锁来提高固定效果[3],但促进其成骨的最佳孔隙尺寸目前尚无统一标准[5]。
