基于热电一体化调峰的区域能源综合利用综述

摘要 我国北方风电装机容量和并网规模不断增大,而供暖期“以热定电”的政策,限制了热电联供机组的灵活调峰,在浪费大量能源的同时,造成了一定的弃风现象,与双碳战略发展目标相悖。利用热电一体化调峰技术,推动区域能源系统实现热电协同,为可再生能源提供上网空间,是节约能源、减少碳排放的有效方法之一。对热电联供机组热电一体化调峰、减少碳排放、促进可再生能源消纳的方法以及国内外相关研究现状进行综述,探讨了热电一体化调峰方案的建模与优化方法,分析总结不同方案的优缺点和适用性,针对不同区域的能源特点,提出与之匹配的热电一体化调峰方案。 The installed capacity and grid connection scale of wind power in northern China are constantly increasing,but the policy of"determining power by heat"during the heating period limits the flexible peak shaving of combined heat and power generation units.While wasting a lot of energy,it also causes a certain amount of wind abandonment,which is contrary to the"double carbon"strategic development goal.It is one of the effective ways to save energy and reduce carbon emissions by using heat and power integrated peak-shaving technology to promote regional energy systems to achieve heat and power synergy and provide renewable energy with grid space.The methods of integrated peak shaving,carbon emission reduction and renewable energy consumption promotion for combined heat and power generation units and the relevant current research status at home and abroad are reviewed.The modeling and optimization methods of heat and power integrated peak shaving schemes are discussed.The advantages,disadvantages and applicability of different schemes are analyzed and summarized.The matching heat and power integrated peak shaving schemes are put forward according to the energy characteristics of different regions.
