摘要
随着信息技术的不断发展,基于BIM技术的民用建筑设计在近年来得到了广泛应用和研究。BIM技术通过数字化建模、信息共享和协同设计等手段,可以在设计阶段全面整合和管理建筑项目的各种信息,实现全过程的多学科协同设计和优化。相比传统的手工绘图和CAD技术,BIM技术在设计效率、设计质量和设计风险方面具有明显的优势。然而,目前中国基于BIM技术的民用建筑设计仍处于初级阶段,存在一些问题和挑战。论文就BIM技术的民用建筑设计进行研究。
With the continuous development of information technology,civil building design based on BIM technology has been widely applied and studied in recent years.BIM technology can comprehensively integrate and manage various information of construction projects during the design phase through digital modeling,information sharing,and collaborative design,achieving multidisciplinary collaborative design and optimization throughout the entire process.Compared to traditional manual drawing and CAD technologies,BIM technology has significant advantages in design efficiency,design quality,and design risks.However,the civil building design based on BIM technology in China is still in its early stages,and there are some problems and challenges.This paper studies the design of civil architecture using BIM technology.
