基于风险管理的房地产建筑工程施工安全控制研究

Research on Construction Safety Control of Real Estate Construction Projects Based on Risk Management

随着中国城市化进程的不断加速,房地产行业蓬勃发展,越来越多的人涌入城市,对于住房的需求也日益增长。在这种情况下,建筑工程的施工安全问题逐渐凸显,成为一个不容忽视的问题。为了确保施工安全,必须从多个方面来加强管理和监督。论文以风险管理为核心,对房地产建筑工程施工安全控制进行了深入研究。首先分析了建筑工程施工安全风险的来源及特点,然后构建了基于风险管理的施工安全控制体系,最后提出了相应的施工安全控制策略。希望这些研究能为房地产企业提供一套有效的施工安全控制方法,降低施工安全事故的发生概率。

With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process,the real estate industry is booming,more and more people into the city,the demand for housing is increasing.In this case,the construction safety problem of construction projects has gradually become prominent,and has become a problem that cannot be ignored.In order to ensure construction safety,management and supervision must be strengthened from many aspects.In this paper,risk management as the core,the construction safety control of real estate construction engineering has been deeply studied.Firstly,the source and characteristics of construction safety risk are analyzed,and then the construction safety control system based on risk management is constructed,finally the corresponding construction safety control strategy is proposed.It is hoped that these studies can provide a set of effective construction safety control methods for real estate enterprises and reduce the probability of construction safety accidents.
