摘要
Asymmetric catalysis has proven remarkably successful in achieving enantioselective control during the construction of new stereogenic centers.However,the challenge of achieving chiral enrichment at pre-existing stereogenic centers,without introducing additional molecular variations,remains a rare and intriguing pursuit known as asymmetric stereochemical editing[1–3].
