摘要 Infrared(IR)light energy matches well with the vibration and rotation of chemical bonds in molecules, hence IR spectroscopy is commonly used for accurate molecular identification[1].Conventional IR analysis involves bulk samples, providing averaged information of the entire sample. The spatially-resolved investigation of heterogeneous sample properties is constrained by the micrometer-level spatial resolution of optical IR microscopy.
