长三角地区民办高校中外合作办学的现状、困境与突破

The Current Situation,Difficulties and Breakthrough of Sino-foreign Cooperative Education in Private Colleges and Universities in the Yangtze River Delta Region

长三角地区民办高校中外合作办学数量少、层次低,面临办学实力与高水平国际教育之间差距大、公办高校中外合作办学冲击大、教育开放背景下的机遇挑战并存等诸多困境。未来应进一步加大政策支持力度、提高民办高校办学地位,依托“一带一路”倡议、加强地区联盟的合作,加强办学质量建设、提高社会影响力等措施,助力民办高校在中外合作中的突破困境。

The number and level of Sino-foreign cooperative education in private colleges and universities in the Yangtze River Delta region are low,facing many difficulties such as the large gap between the educational strength and the high-level international education,the great impact of the Sino-foreign cooperative education in public universities,and the coexistence of opportunities and challenges under the background of educational opening-up.In the future,we should further increase policy support,improve the status of private colleges and universities,rely on the“Belt and Road”initiative,strengthen regional alliance cooperation,strengthen the quality of education,improve social influence and other measures,to help private colleges and universities break through the difficulties in Sino-foreign cooperation.
