输电线路基础作用力取值探讨

摘要 通过搜集历年来相关规程规范、文献的规定,梳理了基础作用力的历史沿革,结合风洞试验结果,针对输电线路基础作用力取值开展了研究。结果表明,行业中设计人员习惯描述的“杆塔作用力”与“基础作用力”两者并没有区别。因此建议不再提“基础作用力”的概念,统一为“杆塔作用力”,并对基础安全系数进行调整,调整前后维持基础的安全度水平基本不变。 By collecting relevant regulations and documents over the years,the historical evolution of foundation reactions was sorted out,and combined with the results of the wind tunnel test,the value of transmission line foundation reactions was studied.The results show that there was no difference between"tower reactions"and"foundation reactions"that designers in the industry are used to describing.It was suggested that the concept of foundation reactions should no longer be mentioned,and the tower reactions should be unified,and the foundation safety factor should be adjusted,and the safety level of the foundation was maintained basically unchanged before and after adjustment.
