电力建设工程定额与沿海港口水工建筑工程定额对比分析——以某滨海电厂取排水工程为例

摘要 大型火电厂直流冷却水系统土建部分的取排水工程与港口工程中的取水构筑物类似,各自的定额也有参考性。为了对比两种定额的造价水平,以某滨海电厂的取排水工程为例,分别采用电力定额和港口定额来编制投资估算,并进行对比分析。结果表明:使用两种定额得到的整体投资估算相差约7.13%,但分项投资相差约30%~50%,电力设计的实际工作中应参考港口工程定额,综合得到投资估算,以免产生较大偏差。 The water intake and drainage work of the civil part of once-through water supply system in large thermal power plants are close to those of water intake structure in port works,and their respective quotas are also available for reference.In order to compare the cost levels of the two quotas,taking the water intake and drainage engineering of a coastal power plant as an example,the quota for electric works and the quota for maritime works in seaport are used,and make a comparative analysis.The results show that the overall investment estimate obtained by using the two quotas differs by about 7.13 percent,but the sub-item investment differs by about 30 percent to 50 percent.In actual work.In actual work of the power design,the quota for maritime works in seaport should be referred to,and the investment estimate should be obtained comprehensively,so as to avoid large deviation.
