基于ASP的资产管理系统下高校资产管理研究与实现分析

Research and Implementation Analysis of Asset Management in Universities Based on ASP Asset Management System

高职院校固定资产管理具有涉及范围广、资产地点多、管理繁琐等特点。资产管理水平关联到学校的日常教学、学生管理、科学研究和部门管理等质量。为此,高职院校固定资产管理应当摆在学校发展的战略高度位置,学校应不断探索并优化资产管理模式,结合学校实质制定合理的资产管理体系,使高职院校的固定资产使用率充分提高,以此提高学校的综合办学能力与水平。本文以高职院校资产管理为主要研究对象,在信息化软件开发的理论与实践指导下,运用技术成熟的ASP.NET应用平台进行资产管理的研究与分析,进一步增强资产管理业务工作,以满足高职院校对于资产管理的需求。

The management of fixed assets in vocational colleges has the characteristics of wide coverage,multiple asset locations,and cumbersome management.The level of asset management is related to the quality of daily teaching,student management,scientific research and department management.Therefore,the management of fixed assets in vocational colleges should be placed at a strategic height in the development of the school.Schools should continuously explore and optimize asset management models,formulate a reasonable asset management system based on the essence of the school,fully improve the utilization rate of fixed assets in vocational colleges,and thus enhance the comprehensive educational ability and level of the school.This article takes asset management in vocational colleges as the main research object,and under the guidance of the theory and practice of information software development,uses the mature ASP.NET application platform for asset management research and analysis,further enhancing asset management business work to meet the needs of vocational colleges for asset management.
