“专创融合”视域下高校护理专业课程教育教学改革探究

The Reform of Nursing Curriculum Education and Teaching in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Integration of Specialty and Innovation

在创新驱动战略背景下全面分析高职护理创新创业教育现状并根据专业课程特点,深度融合了大学生互联网+创新创业、世界技能大赛健康与社会照护赛项等大赛项目特点,全面构建了专业课程教学资源库、教师专业发展培养体系、多元综合考核评价体系等,进而全面推进专创融合教育教学改革。结果表明:专创融合教学可以提升课堂活动参与度,培养学生的创新创业精神、思维,发挥学生的主观能动性更好地参与社会生产实践和创新创业工作,增强教师队伍的建设,推进创新创业、世界技能大赛有关大赛成果与教学资源间的相互转化,有力推动社会和经济的发展。

Under the background of innovation-driven strategy,the current situation of vocational nursing innovation and entrepreneurship education is comprehensively analyzed,and according to the characteristics of professional courses,the characteristics of college students'Internet+innovation and entrepreneurship,the health and social care competition of the World Skills Competition are deeply integrated,and the teaching resource database of professional courses,the professional development and training system of teachers,and the multiple comprehensive assessment and evaluation system are comprehensively constructed.Then comprehensively promote the reform of specialized innovation and integration of teaching.The results show that innovation and integration teaching can enhance the participation in classroom activities,cultivate students'innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and thinking,give full play to students'subjective initiative to better participate in social production practice and innovation and entrepreneurship work,strengthen the construction of teachers,promote the mutual transformation of innovation and entrepreneurship.
