化工安全生产及管理中VR技术的实践

摘要 化工企业员工长期在高温高压的生产环境中工作,安全风险指数较高,因此要更加注重安全管理与事故应急管理。文章以化学工业安全生产及管理现状以及VR技术在化学工业领域中的特点为基础,深入分析VR技术在化工安全生产及管理中的实践应用。借助VR技术手段,为学员打造虚拟化学工厂,让员工在安全环境中开展安全隐患排查训练及突发情况处理演练,可有效降低员工培训危险,提高化工企业安全生产管理水平,为化学工业企业平稳运行提供安全保障。 Employees of chemical enterprises work in high temperature and high pressure production environment for a long time,and the safety risk index is high,so they should pay more attention to safety management and accident emergency management.Based on the status of safety production and management in chemical industry and the characteristics of VR technology in chemical industry,this paper deeply analyzes the practical application of VR technology in chemical safety production and management.With the help of VR technology,a virtual chemical factory can be built for students to allow employees to carry out safety hazard detection training and emergency situation handling drills in a safe environment,which can effectively reduce the risk of staff training,improve the level of safety production management of chemical enterprises,and provide security guarantee for the smooth operation of chemical industry enterprises.
