基于LKP的天然气投产软件编制

摘要 目前管道投产作业面临着大规模、高精度、智能化的转变,投产过程中存在很多繁琐的地方,因此需要进行优化,优化后形成了现代化的天然气管道投产作业流程。文章通过对比不同状态方程的优缺点,选用LKP状态方程计算压缩因子、密度等参数。基于LKP方程、管存量计算公式,编制天然气投产软件,该软件具有计算天然气的压缩因子、投产管道管存量等功能。最后选取某投产管道进气源代入计算,发现该软件快捷简单、结果准确性高,能有效提高天然气投产相关计算效率,辅助天然气顺利投产。 At present,pipeline production operations are facing the transformation large-scale,high-precision and intelligent.There are many cumbersome aspects in the production process,so optimization is needed to form a modern natural gas pipeline production process.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different state equations,the LKP state equation is selected to calculate parameters such as compression factor and density.Natural gas production software is developed based on the LKP equation and pipeline inventory calculation formula.This software has functions such as calculating the compression factor of natural gas and the inventory of pipelines in operation.Finally,a certain production pipeline inlet source was selected for calculation and it was found that the software is fast,simple,and has high accuracy in the results.Besides,this software can effectively improve the calculation efficiency related to natural gas production and assist in the smooth production of natural gas.
