摘要
文章基于动态挤出硫化法,探究并提出一种新型的智能整芯阻燃带生产方法,通过此方法,将硫化剂引入聚合物体系中,在挤出过程中实现聚合物的硫化,可使阻燃性能得到显著提升。结果表明,研究的动态挤出硫化法生产的智能整芯阻燃带具有优异的阻燃性能和智能特性,为阻燃材料领域的研究与应用提供了新的思路与方法。
This paper explores and proposes a new intelligent whole core flame retardant zone production method based on the dynamic extrusion vulcanization method.Through this method,the sulfurizing agent is introduced into the polymer system to realize the vulcanization of the polymer in the extrusion process,and the flame retardant performance can be significantly improved.The results show that the intelligent whole core flame retardant zone produced by dynamic extrusion vulcanization method studied in this paper has excellent flame retardant performance and intelligent characteristics,and provides new ideas and methods for the research and application in the field of flame retardant materials.
