高负荷飞行航卫保障中的技术问题研究与未来展望

Research on technical problems and future prospects in aeromedical support of high-load flight

我军高性能战机发展迅速,飞行人员的生理心理素质要求也逐步提高,我军高负荷飞行医学保障技术也应及时更新换代。因此,飞行人员生理心理选拔、功能状态评估及生理心理训练等问题是研究者关注的重点。本文分为5个模块,系统总结了高负荷飞行医学保障的关键问题及研究成果,包括飞行人员的心理选拔、功能状态评估、个人及团队的训练、跨节律睡眠调节及加速度造成的腰痛问题。基于整合医学思想,提出了高负荷飞行医学保障未来发展趋势。本文为航空医学及飞行人员保障相关问题的研究提供了新技术,将为飞行人员作战效能的提升提供新思路。

With the rapid development of Chinese high-performance fighter aircraft,the physiological and psychological requirements of flight personnel have gradually increased.The development of medical support technology for military high-load flight should be upgrading.Therefore,physio-psychological selection,functional status assessment and physio-psychological training of flight personnel attract much attention.This paper is divided into five modules and systematically summarizes the key issues and research achievements of high-load flight medical support,including psychological selection,functional status assessment,individual and team training,sleep regulation and low back pain caused by acceleration.Based on the idea of holistic integrative medicine,this paper puts forward the future development trend of high-load flight medical support.This paper provides new technology for the research of aviation medicine and flight personnel support,and will provide new ideas for the improvement of combat effectiveness of flight personnel.
