摘要
时代发展需要大国工匠,工匠精神是推动世界科技进步和社会发展的重要力量,中华民族的伟大复兴需要大批具有工匠精神的时代新人。弘扬工匠精神必须加深认识工匠精神的内涵,通过开展劳动教育,以“三全育人”和“五育并举”为抓手,深刻理解工匠精神培育和劳动教育的逻辑关系。高职院校应将工匠精神有效融入劳动教育课程体系中,确保“劳动教育”与“工匠精神”培育深度融合,科学设置劳动教育内容,筑牢弘扬工匠精神的基石;打造“家庭+学校+企业+政府”一体化教育,协同工匠精神的培育;健全学生劳动素养评价机制,体现传承工匠精神成效。
The development of the Times calls for artisans,and the artisan spirit is an important force driving scientific and technological progress and social development in the world.The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation requires a large number of young people with this spirit.To realize the purpose of carrying forward the spirit of the craftsman,we must deepen the understanding of the connotation of the spirit of the craftsman,through carrying out labor education,with the“three education”and“five education simultaneously”as the starting point,deeply understand the logical relationship between the cultivation of the spirit of the craftsman and labor education.In view of this,vocational colleges should effectively integrate the craftsman spirit into the curriculum system of labor education,ensure the deep integration of“labor education”and“craftsman spirit”cultivation,set up the content of labor education scientifically,build a solid foundation for carrying forward the craftsman spirit,build the integrated education of“family+school+enterprise+government”to cultivate the craftsman spirit;improve the mechanism for evaluating students’labor literacy and reflect the effectiveness of inheriting the artisan spirit.
