加味血府逐瘀汤治疗劳力性心绞痛疗效观察

Efficacy observation of modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on exertional angina pectoris

目的:观察血府逐瘀汤治疗劳力性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将84例劳力性心绞痛患者按随机分表法分为两组,对照组43例予阿司匹林肠溶片、阿托伐他汀片治疗,治疗组41例在对照组基础上另予加味血府逐瘀汤,疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组总有效率92.7%高于对照组的81.4%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组中医症状评分均较治疗前改善,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味血府逐瘀汤治疗劳力性心绞痛临床疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on exertional angina pectoris.Methods:84 cases of patients with exertional angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.43 cases of control group were treated with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets and Atorvaststin Tablets,while 41 cases of treatment group were treated plus with modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.7%,which was higher than 81.4%of control group(P﹤0.05).TCM symptom score was improved in two groups after treatment compared with before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on exertional angina pectoris is better.
