摘要
MCU是eSeis节点单元中最核心的器件,它控制着整个节点的工作。节点几乎所有的活动(包括数据采集、数据存储、数据下载、通讯、产生工作电压等)都受MCU的控制。因此,当MCU出现软件或硬件故障时,总会导致它所控制的部分电路功能异常。本文详细叙述了MCU的核心功能原理、可导致的节点故障类型,以及不同故障类型中是否由MCU引起的判断方法,同时,也简单叙述了一部分典型故障的维修方法。
MCU(Multi Control Unit)is the core device in eSeis node unit,which controls the work of the whole node.Almost all the activities of the node(including data acquisition,data storage,data download,communication,generating working voltage,etc.)are controlled by MCU.Therefore,when the MCU fails in software or hardware,it will always lead to the abnormal function of some circuits it controls.In this paper,the core function principle of MCU,the types of node failures that can be caused,and the judgment methods of whether different failure types are caused by MCU are described in detail.At the same time,some typical fault maintenance methods are briefly described,aiming at providing reference for the electronic engineers and better maintaining nodes.
