摘要
柔性超级电容器随着柔性电子的发展应运而生,在电极材料、基底及电解质选择上都有着比非柔性超级电容器更高的要求。碳材料柔韧性好、机械性能强、导电性强,既可以做电极材料也可以做柔性基底,是柔性超级电容器研究领域的热点材料。本文对碳材料基柔性超级电容器的研究进展进行了综述,对材料改性手段及材料性能进行系统分析,期望为柔性超级电容器的后续研究提供可借鉴的参考依据。
With the development of flexible electronics,flexible supercapacitors come into being,and have higher requirements than non⁃flexible supercapacitors in the selection of electrode materials,substrates and electrolytes.Carbon materials have the advantages of good flexibility,strong mechanical properties,strong electrical conductivity,and can be used as electrode materials and flexible substrates,which are hot materials in the research field of flexible supercapacitors.In this paper,the research progress of carbon material based flexible supercapacitors is reviewed,and the material modification methods and material properties are systematically analyzed,in order to provide reference for the follow⁃up research of flexible supercapacitors.
