摘要
某制氢装置在现场安装结束进行运行调试后,下尾管所用材料牌号UNS N08811的无缝钢管产生裂纹并导致泄漏。本文通过宏观检查、化学成分、力学性能、金相、扫描电镜及能谱等一系列检测分析手段进行失效分析,找出裂纹形成原因与形成机理,以预防类似缺陷产生。并对材料生产重要环节以及材料验收重点项目提出相应的针对性措施,防止类似失效发生,为装置顺利运行提供有效保障。
This paper analyzes the failure of the seamless steel pipe with material grade UNS N08811 used for the lower tail pipe after the operation and commissioning of a hydrogen production unit at the end of on-site installation,and finds out the cause and mechanism of the crack through a series of inspection and analysis methods such as macro inspection,chemical composition,mechanical properties,metallography,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum,so as to prevent similar defects in the future.Corresponding targeted measures are proposed for important links of material production and key projects of material acceptance to prevent similar failures and provide effective guarantee for smooth operation of the device.
