通信工程专业为适应新工科背景下的人才培养模式,迫切需要不断革新工程人才的知识结构。本文分析了通信工程专业的改革目标与定位,探讨了专业研究与改革的内容,并提出了专业改革总体实施方案。在新工科背景下基于OBE理念探讨通信工程专业建设,构建科学合理的专业结构,不断完善人才培养模式,才能更好地培养出专业知识扎实和创新能力强的应用型高素质工程技术人才。

In order to adapt to the talent training mode under the background of new engineering,communication engineering specialty urgently needs to innovate the knowledge structure of engineering talents.This paper analyzes the reform goal and orientation of communication engineering specialty,discusses the contents of professional research and reform,and puts forward the overall implementation plan of professional reform.Under the background of new engineering,based on OBE concept,the construction of communication engineering specialty is discussed,a scientific and reasonable professional structure is constructed,and the talent training mode is constantly improved,so as to better cultivate applied high-quality engineering and technical talents with solid professional knowledge and strong innovation ability.
